These beautiful doors are just stunning...works of art. We just don't have much of that kind of thing here...well, the most expensive homes have beautiful doors, but it's not the same!

Makes me bleu to think about it!

Oh, how cool! The balcony in an arch, with a beautiful detail on the door and the railing. That is a LARGE door - can accomadate a set of horses with a fancy carriage?

Jolis details.
Merci pour ta reponse.

Beautiful and so typically French. If I didn't know better I'd think this was in Paris -:)

The colors of the Argentine flag, which have been in my eyes a lot lately. But no one could mistake this for anything but French.

Gorgeous setup there and definitely made more beautiful by the blue.

Beautiful! Those giant doorways with a mezzanine window are one of my favorite subjects, but I can't remember one of this size in blue.
The ones I know are usually kept the color of natural wood.

I really do like the details in this picture and the blue sets it off nicely.

Very, very beautiful and unusual. Are those windows behind the iron rail?. It must be a beautiful view from the inside as well.

Tu t'y colles ?

The blur really accentuates the beauty of the building.

A doorway with a balcony. Love the blue doors. there seem to be many blue doors where you live. Is that significant?

About the azalea---It had such tiny flowers I thought Azalea but it could be a Species Rhododendren because they bloom very early. MB

This is very attractive. I like the shape, the colour, the ironwork...why, I like it all!

«Louis» stops by almost daily, but he particularly likes to see what you have in store on Wednesday for your doorway series...

Do love this, Ciel! Your perspective and composition are just right for the light contrasts in this fabulous doorway.

Beautiful! It also looks nice against the blue sky.

http://www.guyane.ecologie.gouv.fr/IMG/pdf/SICVAM281200.pdf

now this is a doorway that makes me curious about what is on the other side! Beautiful.

This is so unusual! It even has a railing! Fantastic!

More blue doors. It can't be a coincidence, can it? I love the angle.

Does it count as two doors? The door in the archway has a little door in the archway above...

Another blue door, you could do a series. I like the angle and composition to catch the light and show off the window above the door.
