A Clagny, les marronniers en fleurs

Chestnut trees in full bloom at the end of the street last weekend in Clagny neigbourhood.

Le weekend dernier.

Ah...you set the camera to "vivid", right? Very nice...those trees are quite spectacular!

I don't recall ever seeing a chestnut tree bloom, it's quite spectacular :-)

Your trees are leafed out a lot more fully than the trees around here. This looks like a summer scene.

Are the red flowered ones American horse chestnuts and the ones with white flowers "ordinary" horse chestnuts? They always look like tress decorated with candles.

What a 'leafy' shot! Gorgeous green...

on les préfère en fleurs plutôt qu'à ramasser les feuilles

Must be the unusually warm weather where you are making the trees look so green. Love so much foliage in a neighborhood.

Somehow, I haven't been by VDP in a while. Your photos remain postcard-perfect! Hope you're not sneezing with the Chestnut trees!

As I recall, our blogs are about the same age!
