je trouve que cela fait décor de cinéma. (pour le livre sur NYC, je pense pas qu'il soit traduit, sinon le meilleur livre sur l'histoire de NYC : "Miroslav Sasek : This Is New York" ;) non je plaisante, en français il faut lire le livre "François Weil : Histoire de New York"

This is a terrific shot...the colors standout (shout out!) in contrast, which is good, and you've composed it in what I consider an intriguing and most interesting manner!

That small, brightly colored building in the back reminds me of the shops crowded onto the Rialto Bridge in Venice.

L'emploi de la diagonale c'est de la dynamite ! Incliné vers la droite c'est positif (vers la gauche = rétro-pédalage).
Cela donne une autre dimension. Et la gamme des couleurs est agréable.
(Le store et le réverbère ne sont pas d'époque, si ?)

I like how much of this photo is neutral colours but the lamps and one building are such bright colours. I also like the angle you shot this from. Nice one, Ciel!

I like the slightly askew camera angle. I've thought of going out shooting entirely off center like this, but find it difficult to maintain for too many shots.
