Moderne à Porchefontaine

This glass building, one of only a few in town and located in Porchefontaine neighbourhood, looked kind of pretty with the flowering bushes right in front of it. Though it's glass, nothing of interest is reflected in it!
------------------------------
Cet immeuble en verre, l'un des assez rares exemples en ville et situé à Porchefontaine, était plutôt joli avec ces arbustes en fleurs. Bien qu'il soit en verre, rien d'intéressant ne s'y reflète.

The building looks so majestic with the dark teal reflection on the glass. The greenery and sunshine make this a perfect photo of a perfect day.

No reflections needed. It's pretty enough as it is!

I'm not sure I agree. The building isn't quite up to the architectural standard of the rest of the city. Makes me think of the time years ago when our family stayed at the Hotel Mercure in Versailles. Dullsville.

Very pretty framed with the flowering shrubs.
Do you mean all that blue is glass? I am impressed. MB

The missing reflection is an interesting theme. I like the building and how it is set amid the flowers and the green.

Moderne, certes, mais de ligne classique, pas trop haut, entouré d'un joli jardin..Et en plus il y a du ciel bleu!
Bon week-end!

Actually I think you and I are lucky for having just a few glass buildings both in Versailles and Oeiras! :-)

Nicely framed shot, Ciel. No doubt you'll one day catch some nice reflections on this building, perhaps when you least expect it.

That is ironic..the one building almost designed to reflect. Beautiful photo nonethless!

Kind of pretty? You must be kidding, it's wonderful! And it seems to mix both old-style and modern architecture in a very original way!
God bless you!

That's funny. They didn't make sure to build it across from something interesting? But it's beautiful as it is, and wonderful amidst the flowers!

Le bleu du ciel s'y reflète, c'est déjà pas mal....
