1930s Sainte-Bernadette church reflected in a modern glass building in Jussieu neighbourhood for James' Weekend Reflections. A non-reflected view for better detail left.
-----------
L'église Sainte-Bernadette des années 1930 se situe dans le quartier de Jussieu et se reflète ici dans un immeuble moderne pour les Reflets du Weekend de James. A gauche, une vue non reflétée pour mieux voir les détails.

Great image, a reflection as clear as the original and a beautiful photo on the side.
Wow, great reflection. I especially like how the glass gives the image that wavy look. In the middle right square of the picture, is that a lamp post (almost looks like a coat rack!)? What happened to the rest of it?
Excellent, Ciel. In both cases. The reflection is quite stunning and it is a beautiful building.
Oh, I wanted to say that lawyers are like doctors and other professionals: there are good ones and bad ones; and some I like and some I don't much care for.
There's a lawyer in Versailles, who is also a very good photographer, and I like her a lot!
:-))
Heavenly photos of that church! The reflection snap is particularly well done! Bravo!
Bon weekend!
Great shots Ciel! The coat rack that is blended with the reflection looks cool. I like how you took the bottom shot.
Tres bonne photo de l'eglise en reflections.
J'en ai encore 2 a suivre et celle d'aujourd'hui sera plus comme la tienne avec 1 seul batiment en reflection.
Enlarging this was wonderful for the detail you captured in the reflection. I love the old being reflected in the new.
A terrific reflection!
Carletta’s Captures.
What a beautiful church, and I love your reflection shot. Very nicely done. Kathy
That is a beautiful church and a great reflection.
Un très, très beau reflet.....
Avec tout ce bleu, ça donne un splendide effet. Pour une fois remercions cet immeuble moderne d'avoir poussé là.
Cette photo est très belle! Félicitations!
Happy Weekend Reflection
Léia :)
Oh wow, I hadn't even noticed the coat rack. :-( I can't believe it! ;-)
Classique, mais ca marche a chaque coup. Tres bien vu! Bon weekend!
Great reflection. The wavy lines give it so much character. And I like how the blue sky blends so well with the window frames.
Reflecting large architectural structures piecemeal in windows like this can give quite surreal and exciting results. That is part of the fun in doing this.
I really like that first shot. Clever idea. Through a glass--not so darkly. MB
The tower is an interesting image to begin with and looks even more so reflected. Good pic.
I really like the way the way you've fit the reflection so well into the glass. Yes, very clear.
The reflection is so good I thought it was looking out the window at the building. . . boy! Was I wrong!
Your reflection studies are consistently beautiful and thoughtful, CQ. Thank you.
Oh this is a magnificent reflection...love the blue glass too.
Great reflection and thanks for including the other view.
One more example of a working architecture mix.
Very nice!
Beautiful, tres jolie! Merci Beaucoup!
Thank you for your visit to my blog, I appreciate it.
Very clever, I like it!
beautiful photo, I love the contrast in architectural styles
Great reflection shot and a beautiful church.
Great reflection, Ciel!
Nice job and reflection.. quite a structure too!
Window reflections are really neat, I like yours a lot!
Thanks for the visit!
Both shots are great. I like the angle you chose for the second. Handsome church indeed.
Wonderful shot. I really like the reflection shot.
Great reflection - I like the slight wobbliness due to the uneven glass.
I like the reflection of the church. What a great choice. Well captured.
Voila un reflet qui entre dans la categorie des contrastes moderne/ancien, sacré/profane, entier/destructuré..L'eglise même "nature" offre une architecture inhabituelle
La presentaion est tres belle
