Domaine de Madame Elisabeth: final part

As you stroll through the grounds, you will come across modern art such as this, which can be amusing in the case of the flower pot... or should I say tree pot?!
-------------------------
Au cours de la promenade, on fait des rencontres artistiques, telles que ce cache-pot géant...

Such lush gardens! The 'tree pot' made me smile. And I'm intrigued by the deep purple tree — what is it? It's a fabulous color!

I love art in garden settings...it makes for such a creative imaginative place to daydream. Verailles looks like a fascinating and beautiful place to live.

Beautiful series. the trees and grounds are lovely and isn't it wonderful that everything is so green and leafed out now. I like the tower--leaning or not. MB

I still is a bit jarring to see such modern art in the midst of the beautiful old architecture of France. I'm learning to appreciate however! :)
PS I week from today, we'll be at CDG!

Un cache pot à la mesure du reste, non ?
Du travail pour les jardiniers dans le coin.

Your whole series is gorgeous - it looks like a stunning place.

What do they do with the tree-pot if there's a lot of rain? I hope it doesn't overflow!
