This building has better days ahead of it, Ciel.
The plight of most cities. Yours have more time to ripen.
I love stumbling on these finds of yours.
Thanks Ceil, I really love building facades.
What a beautiful old building. I really like the black shutters.
How long do you suppose this building has been a home and to how many families? Wonderful.
Gosh I wonder how many folk have walked through that front door Ciel, it looks like it's seen a lot of feet! Would love to see it refurbished.
It is fun to observe and consider each of these windows.
Une agence dirait "a rafraichir"..mais il y a du boulot! j'espère que l'interieur est en meilleur etat, vu que c'est habité..
Many stories behind the windows!Léia
Il faut compter 1000€ le m2 pour les travaux, sinon c'est trop ! Tiens en compte pour faire ton prêt et ne pense pas emménager avant deux ans car les finitions s'éternisent en général. Il y a un petit jardin derrière ?
A different part of town from the palace, eh?
I'd snap this one too. Good show.
I like the gritty elegance of this vignette. Wonderful image :^)
What's a "retaper"? My eyes are seeing this as "re-tape-er" which of course I know isn't right! :) I like the facade of this building, the decay has a lovliness about it.
attends d’être remise en forme pour te lancer dans la rénovation ;))
You have some not-so-nice corners even in Versailles...
I wonder how old this building is? I like the shot, Ciel. Well done.Sharon
Fascinating building, I'd love to explore more of it!
Great picture and great building. I'd love to do a rehab here. A little TLC (ok a lot of TLC) and this beauty could shine again.
A wonderful, mysterious ambience in this old building! Love it!
