The funfair is back! I'm no fan but I like photographing it. Here's a red, red, red late afternoon shot for James' Weekend Reflections.
------------------------

Travelling fairs were often the high light at this time of year especially for the smaller towns. As a child they were fascinating on dark cold winter evenings.

I agree about the fairs, but they are really a precious source of interesting shots. Like this one.

Scary reflection. Know what you mean about funfairs, but they can be - well, fun!

Like you I am not a fan of fairs, but they do make for great photo opportunities, and rain makes it twice as good because of the reflections. xxx

I'm with you - interesting to look at, but it's like someone stuck a vacuum cleaner hose in your wallet. Bugs Bunny!

I think this is fabulous. Love the red, leaves, wet pavement and of course the reflection. I don't particularly like going to fairs either, but I agree about the picture opportunities.

It must have rained shortly before you too this! Excellent photo...I really like the detail in the sculpture.

We're still in Colorado. Denise is improving, but the rest of us have been sick. Hopefully, we'll get home next week. Thanks for caring!

It is interesting, isn't it, how there are things, people, events we don't like much but love to photograph! I wonder what that means? Good shot, Ciel.
