Autumn fashion in a small alley called "two gates street" which I was showing you here.

Je vous montrais la rue des deux portes ici.

Different shops who agreed to disagree or same shop and an elaborate color scheme?

One of the things I really liked about Paris were all the small clothing shops. Most everything here takes the form of a huge department (or discount) store, and they are pretty much identical.

This reminded me of that. Thanks for the memories.

I couldn't find you on the portal this evening...maybe I'm going blind, too.

Hope you have a wonderful week.

J'adore the shops in France. Large or small they are always so very special and so beautifully done. I love seeing them in your town!!!

Always fun to look in the shop windows - what's in fashion now?!

Hard to decipher all the symbols: expensive fashion, a Roman mask, two profiles of a large colon?

Thanks for the Schiller in your comment yesterday. The other composers around the gazebo are Wagner, Rossini, Mozart, Gounod and Verdi. I went back and shot the rest of them on Sunday for a series of posts with, of course, a thank you to you for the idea.

I like the way the windows frame the decorations in the middle. Nice shot.

Interesting shot, Ciel. Does this shop have a split personality? ;-)

I especially like the two different colors and the mask in between. Neat catch!

PS: I posted some updated info on Die Mauer today. And thanks for your Mauer story. Very interesting!

Wonderful, Ciel. We want to take pictures of Christmas shop windows here. They are always so pretty.
