Libraire

Walking past a beautiful bookshop in Saint-Louis neighbourhood... While we're on the subject of books, I was happy to see that a marvellous book is now available in English! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Versailles off the beaten track!

Well, it's not likely I'll be visiting Versailles again in this lifetime, but The book looks fascinating! I'll look for it! Thanks, Ciel! Hope your week is going well!

Nice window shot. If I read you correctly, you plan to buy that dress and those shoes and book a reservation at one of Versailles' finest restaurants. Oui ?

It looks like a marvelous bookstore. Why do they have a dress and shoes in the window.

I looked up the book but it was only in the French version. So.......
I do love a bookstore though and could stay all night. MB

We'll be sure to check it when we head back. But what's a breezy summer dress doing it a bookstore window? A reflection?

I'll look out for that. Hopefully it includes a walking guide to all the places.

Only in France do bookstores make such creative window decorations! If my library has that book, I'll take a look at it. :)
