Cerises

Anyone for cherries? Photo taken at the greengrocer's in Saint-Louis neighbourhood (the second photo of this post) at the end of June (and forgotten to post...) Below, the driving rain during yesterday evening's thunderstorm!

Cherries in the golden and rosy glory make such an appealing photo!

The cherries look wonderful, the driving rain not so much, but it's a super photo.

The cherries look good. Around here, they are more often a rich red instead of this almost-orange color.

I love both kinds.

Il ne faudrait pas me laisser seule avec un saladier de cerises... :-)

I think I saw cherries posted on Cezar & Leia's blog and bought some. I just finished cleaning and bagging a batch for lunch!

You couldn't have two more contrasting shots if you tried Ciel :) J'adore summer rain, the smell after a hot dry spell is almost as delicious as those cherries!

Oh, I love Cerises!
In Ladin (my mother language) is the pronunciation very similar :)

I love all things cherry...but when it comes to fruit, please bag a bunch of those black cherries!

Nice shot of the rain. Rain, remember, brings forth the fruit of the earth. I read that somewhere! :)

Yummy cherries. We picked plenty to eat and I made some Cherry syrup--mmm good on ice cream and on pancakes too. then we let the birds have the rest.

Wow that is some rain storm--good capture. We are in our 34th day of no rain. Whew! MB
