What a sunset!!! Beautiful photo!

By the way, that was quite the descriptive writing you did about the "gringo", I think you should continue and write a short story :)

Ciel, these are wonderfully colorful and dramatic. Terrific shots. If you are keeping score, I think I have a slight preference for the vertical one.

Love, love, love it! The color is so delicious that I could lick the screen...

The vertical shot looks as if M. Louis XIV just rode in on his stallion... the balance of the horizontal sections in the background is perfect and you even threw in what looks like a jet's vapor trail...

All of this loveliness with music... le sigh

What a lovely day in January for you to spend time at the Chateau. I like the first one with the lamp post in the forefront better than the second. The contrast is interesting to me...plus this particular photo struck a chord within me...merci beaucoup!

Oh these shots are wonderful. They could be post cards or you could make greeting cards--Whatever they are so beautiful. I like them both. MB

Spectacular sunsets are very precious gifts and the world should stop to observe them. In a restaurant in Florida once, they made us all stand up to salute the sunset - I do it everytime now (and then I wonder why people think I am mad!) xxx

My goodness, that is just spectacular! I think this one would be perfect for a bookcover for your photobook.

Oh this is marvelous. You should sell prints of it. I think I prefer the horizontal, but then again I love the vertical! :)

Love the silhouette and the street light in front of the beautiful colors of this sunset. Very nice and thanks for joining in.

Ciel, it is gorgeous! The colors are wonderful, the shape of the clouds, the framing with the statue, and of course the background intensity with the electric light! I'm sure it must have been awesome to stand there with all of that color, and not just the part in the frame of the photo. THAT is what's so hard to convey - the encompassing feeling of an evening like that.
