You could take pictures on the grounds of the palace almost forever and not run out of subjects. The color and light in this picture is wonderful.

We have a palace at Queluz, some kms inland, whose construction started in 1747 inspired by (so they say) the Château de Versailles. There is also this gourgeous pond with a Neptune statue! I have to go there and take some shots to show you! :-)
