Sous la pergola rue Berthier

Jardin public Berthier Versailles
Saturday was a cold, grey and even rainy day, VDP spotted these pretties above the bench in small Berthier public garden!

Samedi il faisait brrrr, gris et même pluvieux. VDP a repéré ces ravissants pétales dans le petit jardin public Berthier !

As in most places in Versailles (and Paris and lots of other places), there's a lovely sign for the rules and regulations applying in the public garden...

That's probably the most elaborate framing for a park regulations sign I've ever seen. :-)

I have to agree with Revrunner's comment. You just don't see that type of detail here in the states.

So nice to see the flowers blooming -- especially on a dreary day.

Those are lovely yellow flowers, Ciel! Love the frame around the regulations too!

Those flowers are a welcome sign. That looks like a lot of rules to follow. Oh, and I love the little playground toys.

Also a nice bench for a defunct blog...

The flowers are lovely and the park is beautiful and I like the fact there's a playground for moi!

Pretty blossoms, and it looks like an appealing spot for kids.

In spite of the dreary skies, that bench looks very inviting.

Nice to see a bit of color, even if it's just in the children's park. It's wet and gray here too.

We have been having such beautiful days lately---sorry. Highs in the low 70'sF. Just perfect. Busy working outside and just enjoying the warmth.
Have a wonderful week.
