It is a very elegant-looking building. And it seems "modern" to me. What I like most are those rounded balconies because I think it's important to be able to get out in the fresh air when you live high above ground.
I like the light poles and the birds...they add so much interest to the picture!
I am glad to see that there is some 20th century architecture in your neck of the woods, but I am sure there is an elegant older structure right around the corner. I like the colors of the clouds and sky too.
I like this. It has a bit of a lonely feel with those eyeball streetlamps hanging in an empty sky. They remind me a little of the alien invaders from H. G. Wells' War Of The Worlds.

Nice but I would live in one of the older ones.
I like the composition of this. I too prefer the older buildings, but this is nice too.
For a relatively new building it still has some character compared to our utilitarian boxes we call apartments here.
Everyone gets a bit of a balcony--nice.
They look very nice and like they might fit in with other older buildings. MB
The balconies with the pillar are not bad!
BEAUTIFUL! I also like a lot those street lamps as detail in this composition!

It's quite a nice facade. The windows look like they have been covered with wood, is it abandoned?
Nice but not as nice as the older ones!
Great composition. I like the light posts and the small birds. It all comes together for a really nice photo.
@ Woody: they are shutters!
The 20th century seems so long ago, don't you think? Make me wonder what the 21st century will be remembered for.
Wonderful shot!
