Il se passe des choses...

Pink things are happening! This gently blooming tree is the only pretty thing here: the building is the taxman's office. Or at least, that's what I like to call it. Because it's just another modern building, I decided to have a little bit of fun with the photo. A detail of Marie-Antoinette's theatre is on Artsy Versailles today.

... des choses roses devant le centre des impôts ! Comme le bâtiment n'est pas des plus beaux, j'ai un peu bidouillé la photo... Il y a un détail du théâtre de Marie-Antoinette sur Artsy Versailles aujourd'hui.

So glad to see printemps crawling in with a splash of color and bloom... like your special effect photo technique!

Have a great week, my friend!

Yet without this background the tree would be alone. A wonderful start into spring and the new week as well for you.

I like your "fun." We've got some trees that look much like this. They are very beautiful.

Pink things! Oh, lucky you. Lucky Versailles. Our snow is beginning to melt, and I've just arranged to have someone clean up the yard when it's all gone, because we will be gone before the snow is.

Everyone has something blooming it seems except us. Maybe I am walking in the wrong places. Excellent shot!

It is so good to see flowering trees. Hartford needs to wait another six weeks.

J'aime bien l'humour de ton message qui me rappelle la chancson de Bénabar : "Y a une fille qu'habite chez moi".
Les indices de l'arrivée du printemps sont de plus en plus visibles même dans l'est de la France.

I think the effect (and photo) are cool and it's so nice to see some natural color!

I like the effect. It's so wonderful to see things sprouting at long last.

Cool effect. It looks like the tree is radiating good spring vibes.

Hurray for pink blossom brightening up otherwise very dull places. I LOVED Marie Antoinettes Theatre - it was amazing and my daughter wanted one building when we got home. xxxx

Cherry blossom is wonderful. There is some out here too.

A nice effect. It makes the pretty tree stand out.

I like your humor about the building, but I want to comment on artsy versailles...that is just a beautiful photo of the theatre, and I love the Doric column for a change...also the Church of Saint Louis is so much glorious with the light streaming through...loved it!

I think when you are here we should have plenty of "pink" going on - the dogwoods bloom in early-mid April. I love them, and I love that you focused on the tree here and ignored the ugly tax man's building. :)
