Cossue

This house on the queen's boulevard can only be photographed when there are no leaves on the trees! This photo was taken last spring. It is raining pots and buckets at the moment.

Cette maison boulevard de la reine ne peut être photographiée que sans feuilles aux arbres ! Cette photo a été prise au printemps dernier. En ce moment, il pleut des cordes.

I think you've shown us this before from a different angle. It is a mesmerizing building if a bit spooky!

How lovely that it unveils itself once a year for the public (and the world!) to admire. Lovely shot Ciel, I hope you had a super weekend.

I net it would also be cool on a full-moon night, it looks kinda spooky.

That's a bit of extravagant architecture. It needs no further dressing.

A good reason for the seasons... bare trees provide the better view! It's raining buckets here too...

J'adorerais voir l'interieur, doit y avoir des escaliers, des recoins, des mansardes, des boudoirs, des greniers..

Several times I have bought paintings while on a trip, and when I go to find and photograph the exact spot of the painting, the trees are in the way and I then realize that the artist reduced the leaves covering the scene when painting it to show the subject.

A nice little shack. I wouldn't mind living there. :)

Better pots and buckets than cats and dogs but more dangerous though...;-)

Why am I seeing hearts everywhere lately?! Are they at the top trim? And did they do that on purpose, I wonder. Beautiful house!

And thank you so much for your comments! Made me feel good! I hope you find a nice tree. Me, I've been getting scented candles...but it's just not the same!
