Since I was showing you a modern building yesterday, here's another one, albeit in Grand Siècle neighbourhood.
--------------------------------------
Puisque je vous montrais du moderne hier, en voici encore, quoique cette fois-ci dans le quartier Grand Siècle, tout ça vu du jardin public de l'Ecole des Postes.

wow, this day spills over with Spring's beauty!
un quartier caché par la nature, c'est beau. tu as reussis a garder une forme de mystere
Oooo la la, I love that park! Super photos, Ciel. And I see benches, too! Perfect for A Bunch of Benches!
Is that a post office? Pretty light in this scene. Look's like a lovely day.

It's a very colorful building and the blue really pops.
Nice building but I like the older architecture best. BUT I do enjoy seeing so many benches in the park. Ü
The postal school? A somewhat strange concept but there must be some method to their madness. The setting is very calm. Maybe that has an effect later on the service.
A natural barrier against children...?
The colors in your photos are lovely!
Wouldn't it be lovely to have an apartment overlooking this oasis?
Sweet little park. I am sure it's a great place to sit and relax.
I like the new perspective on Versailles, it looks a bit more like a normal city. This is really a fine place and I see even nice benches here...
Your place is very scenic and all your photos are lovely.
Excellent shot through the green. Did I say GREEN. Spring is here. MB
The building seems so out of place. So unlike France. More like something you would see here.
I like the park. Everything is so green!!
LOL at your comment at Day 4 Plus!
Il est effectivement plus joli a travers la verdure!!
With a little playground as well. A timeless aspect.
That's quite a different aspect of this region, thanks for showing us!
God bless you!

Looks like the playground is modern too. :) I'm getting the impression that all the residents of Versailles are kings, queens and members of their courts. And here I was thinking you're really a princess in disguise!
Why is it that my eye goes to the benches? Do I not like modern (maybe not this one, anyway) or have I simply been brainwashed to look at things with four legs and a hard seat?
Lovely park!
