You've outstayed your welcome!

The light is flashing red! I'm not 100% convinced by the reliability of these new devices. In another city close by, I parked in such a space the other day, one that had been free for a couple of minutes but the light flashed even though it was free, didn't stop once I was parked there and was still flashing when I came back from the baker's 5 minutes later... I checked, the "thing" required no specific action from me. Go figure...
---------------------------

Interesting type of parking meter. What good is it if it flashes all the time.

This is a parking meter? Does the flashing light mean you have overstayed? I don't think I would like this system. It seems too intrusive.

So interesting to see your part of the world.

I hope we don't get these devices over here too.

Wow what an unusual parking meter device. Perhaps money needs to be inserted into it before it stops flashing?
A huge plus for the parking police, lol

Ding Dong.

Well, I like your photo and you caught the flashing red perfectly, but this is kind of "big brother" stuff...

Hopefully, this hasn't come to the States yet. We still have the old-fashioned kind of meters which flip up a small red flag if your time has run out.

Have a great day!

A little bit more "Nineteen Eighty-Four". In the near future in Germany we will have wireless parking meter. It transmits if the parking time expired. Thats so funky!
