April City Daily Photo Theme Day: Triangles

Can you believe we are already in April? VDP can't! So... Theme day, triangles. There are lots and lots of triangles in Versailles' architectural delights but that would have been too easy. VDP went in search of a hand percussion and where better than the music academy shop? Unfortunately, the triangle couldn't be unwrapped, which is understandable. The shop's website is this way and all takes on this month's Theme are that way! Oh and those are Pablo Casals' beautiful hands, in case you are wondering... VDP wishes you a good month of April!

I figured you would do something special and creative. Who else would go hunting for a percussion triangle? :) Very nice, Ciel!

Points and a laugh for the triangle. Triple points and admiration for the composition with the photo, violin, and french horn.

You were thinking out of the box, or should I say plastic wrap, on that one.

I would enjoy this place, given my taste in music. Never heard Casals play but Rostropovich came here a couple of times.

I never would have thought of that. Nor could I have found one near our Costa RIca beach condo.

Great take on the theme - even though it's just a singular :-)

Happy pictures that invoke the beauty of music.
Gosh, I haven't played a triangle since kindergarten, or maybe since my daughter was little. Both a long time ago.

You should have bought it!
Anyway, I had the silly idea to listen to some music last night, while posting my own triangle photo. The band? Tri Yann, of course, without a gle at the end. Tri Yann gle sounds almost provencal, which is not very good for a band from Breizh, non?

I definitely like your take on the theme day. I hadn't thought about trying to find an instrumental triangle! :)

My kind of triangle, I played percussion in school. Triangles always amazed me by how far their sound would travel, for such a tiny instrument. Cool idea.
