Le printemps sur l'avenue de Saint-Cloud !

Spring on Avenue de Saint-Cloud! These photos were taken last week. Yesterday, 1 May, was a holiday (Labour Day) and it was cold and pouring with rain...

Photos prises la semaine dernière parce qu'hier, jour férié (fête du travail) il faisait froid et il tombait des hallebardes...

I'm so sorry you're having RAIN!!! Wish I could send you some of our sunshine! I can't believe how clear and blue our skies are and it's supposed to be this way for the remainder of the week -- I'll believe it when I see it!! Your flower captures are wonderful and I hope you see lots of color everywhere -- soon!!!

They're so beautiful! Love the spring color, but sorry to hear of the rain, sigh. We keep getting bursts of cold and rain, too, even though most things are blooming.

Weather stinks all over these days. The flowers are beautiful, though.

That is the nature of spring. Brilliant sun and 27 here today, pouring rain and 7 predicted for Friday. Que sere, sera.

Cold and rainy on May 1. That should not be allowed.

This is such an unpredictable time of year that you've just got to snap photos on a moments notice. Love the blooms!

You have several boulevards which are blessed with great flora! I like your composition in the first shot very much. It's cool and rainy here, too, which is quite unusual for his time of year.

I'm sorry it was raining on your Holiday. We had nice sunny weather in the 60'sF. And the forecast predicts 6 days of sunny 70F degree weather. that must 20C right.
The Spring flowers are pretty though. Try to enjoy! MB

I envy you... The only nice flowers in town are the ones outside the florists!

I can't believe that it is cold there and here it already feels like summer. I think it's way too early this year :(

These are so pretty! Just keep reminding yourself that without the rain, the flowers and tress wouldn't geow so beautifully.
