Hmm...looks interesting. Can't conceive of eating wild boar pate and haven't had red meat in many years. I'm not a vegetarian but Lois Anne is. Actually, the steak looks pretty good. I thought all Burgundy was good for was wine! Just kidding!!!
Charolais is also a very popular breed in Virginia--or at least it was. Remember being chased by a Charolais bull on one of my runs. :-)
This is definitely my kind of meal. I will take the portions of any vegetarian viewers.
Ah, Jack will have to fight me for a portion of that!! Looks fantastic and I think I smell it from here!! Hmmmmmm!!
I would happily eat through my computer screen if I could - still haven't had dinner after a long day! What (exquisite) torture!
Nice shots. Not something I would eat.
I would be pleased to each the beef, but not the wild boar pate.
Tu fais bien de preciser d'où vient la viande, par les temps qui courent...
Cela fait envie. Un peu trop cuit, pour moi, le Charolais.
Beautiful presentation of the meal, looks delicious!:)Léia*** any recipe or hint how to prepare good pancakes?
It looks delicious, but I'll pass on the pâté "-)
I am suffering from lunch envy. Looks delicious. Sure beats the P&J sandwich I had this afternoon.
Like Lowell, I haven't eaten red meat for awhile...but, this looks tasty. I'm not so sure about the wild boar pate. It could be a bit exotic for me. By the way, I like that you've been branching out recently with your subject matter.
oh that steak looks soooo good! i'm sitting here hungry!
Steak? Wild boar? Sign me in!
Never tried that.
Beautifully shown here Ciel, but I might let Jack have my portion also, but only if I can have his dessert haha!
Dang that looks yum! Bob is taking me out to dinner tonight----I think I will have steak. Happy Valentine day. MB
For some unknown reason I felt water in my mouth! :-)))
