Les autres

'The Others' by Agnès Dold is another painting I really enjoyed.

"Les autres", Agnès Dold.

Oh, I do like this one, too, Ciel!! What a fascinating painting! I'd love to know the story behind it!

Die fehlenden Gesichter machen es zu einem sehr bewegenden Bild.

Wonderful artwork.

it's nice, but yesterday's seems so peaceful.

Hmmm. So, what do you think the story is?

This makes me wonder if the artist has issues with male members of the navy.

Superbe peinture! En couverture de livre cela ne ferait pas mal du tout...

I like it, even though it's a little creepy that the girl has a face and "the others" don't. :)

Hey there! It's been a while since I dropped by! So you're suffering from Murphy's Weather Law... rain on the weekends, sun while you work...! But otherwise, I trust you are well? I prefer the painting you posted yesterday... I think I've turned Asian, I'm attracted to the red and the composition.

Well, that's pretty interesting. No faces on the adults...I wonder if that signifies a dysfunctional family. Or maybe something else. Do you know the story as to why the girl's face shows clearly as opposed to the blank faces of the other two?

Many speculations on this one Ciel, I wonder who is right?

Nice one, but I wish I could see the two missing faces.
