Hoche contemple le couchant

This is a photo I've had for ages. I had completely forgotten about it and yet I like it very much. It is the statue of general Hoche, which you can see here and here, looking towards the west...

Voici une photo que j'ai depuis des lustres et que j'avais complètement oubliée, alors que je l'aime bien. C'est le général Hoche qui contemple... bref vous avez lu le titre... Vous avez vu Lazare Hoche ici et ici.

Bonjour, amie!

I like this very much, also! Tremendous colors and I love the silhouettes!

Our new site is up and running and I think it looks good. I'll be making some changes as we go along but hopefully it will work out OK with the blogs.

I love nicely done silhouettes and this is certainly done well. The sky contrasts so nicely with its range of colors.

Glad you found it, it's beautiful! And it reminds me of how much more daylight there is now. It's almost 7 pm and it's not very dark yet! :-)
