Pavots géants au Potager du Roi

These huge poppies at the King's Vegetable garden were a joy to behold! I am going to be away for a while, see you soon, have a great weekend and upcoming week!

A bientôt Cieldequimper !

So colorful on a sunny day - the colors must be amazing in Versailles.

By the way, we usually say 'abraços', just like that! :-)

I've been so busy at work I'm just catching up with some of my friend's posts. This immediately reminded me of Monet's poppies. How surprised I was when I saw that, at the right season, parts of France look just like that! Life imitating art imitating life.

Bonne semaine .

Beautiful poppies. I love them so much. We had some wild ones that grew in our garden this year. I did not have the heart to pull them out with the weeds, so I let them grow.
