Paris, c'est tout droit

Going to Paris? Keep on going says the sign, it's a straight enough street with trees that have had their haircut.

Et les arbres sont passés chez le coiffeur.

Now that is a hedge worthy of being called a hedge! A great photo I like the road visible to the far end.
Cheers.

Une jolie perspective sur cette route bien verdoyante. Il y a du travail lors de la coupe, ce jour la, cela doit bouchonner.
Bonne semaine !!

I bet it quite a bit of time to trim those trees. And they are so nice anc green.

What a tidy street with such trim trees. They are tall, green, and handsome.

Ciel, I sometimes wish someone would give the trees in Portland a haircut like this... sometimes, it's difficult to see road signs, as beautiful as the trees are...

une belle coupe au carré, comme chez les playmobils ;o)

This is wonderfully weird.

This is different - square trees! Although, the trees in my neighborhood could stand to use this treatment, they keep scratching the hood of my car when I drive by because they hang over so much.
By the way, I usually go to the orange wall at least once a week and hang out for about 20 minutes or so to see who I can catch!

Interesting little road. It looks awful narrow. MB

Gorgeous pruning, I like how they shape your trees in this masterful way!

Kinda bizarre. It must keep a small army very busy to groom these. All you need is a lid to make a tunnel!

Very carefully manicured aren't they!? Nature under control...!
Nice shot Ciel.

This is fantastic and I like your title too.

Radical trimming, perhaps, but it certainly is neat and keeps unruly branches away from power lines, etc. I like!

Wish I was going to Paris, too!

A shape not in nature, but they do give a lovely perspective to the street. I'll have to post a picture of how they prune trees away from telephone and electrical wires around here. Not nearly so artistic.

Lovely road lined with very orderly pruned trees.

That's interesting! I've seen shrubs shorn like that but trees...no.

Il n'y a qu'en France ou les arbres ont une coupe de Marines!!!
