Froid, ce début 2010 !

2010 starts out coldly but it doesn't deter the tourists at the palace. These are lucky, it was sunny on Sunday, the first sunny day in a long, long time but you certainly still need your head covered and your gloves. Isn't this just an international, intercontinental pose? Don't we all look immediately wondering if we've got it right?
-----------------------------

«Louis» has got to show this to Mme la Vache. She came to the U.S. from China with a 15 year layover in Japan... ;-)

«Louis» hopes to be able to bring her to France this coming fall.

Winter coats, but no gloves. And of course, white shoes! The well dressed tourist -:)

Serial photographers at work?
Froid ici aussi. 11 degres. Verification word for this comment: comerse. Which in spanish means something like to eat yourself, se manger soi meme. Well, les joies des word verifications!

What a GREAT photo! It's got so much of interest and the monotone works perfectly. I'm so into color right now, but this caught my attention - it's perfect!

It looks colder there than it is here, which I wouldn't have expected! I love the black and white, and the blurred edges-- rather dreamy for a picture of people taking pictures! So sorry, I've been terrible about responding lately, but ages ago you commented that you didn't think Bellingham would have a marina. There are a couple Bellinghams, but we are in the very Northwest corner of the US-- penned in on three sides by Canada, the Cascade Mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. Hope that helps!
