Vestibule haut de la chapelle royale

Next during the 'royal serenade' we moved into  the upper vestibule of the royal chapel (which you had seen here).

Etape suivante de la "sérénade royale". Vous aviez vu la chapelle ici.

Oh gosh, the royal chapel looks so beautiful in all those photos - such elegance! I'd be hesitant to enter in my in-elegant everyday jeans:)

Wow. Did I mention "wow!"?

I remember this area. Not a simple, humble place for the king to pray.

Quite an amazing place. I never did get into the royal chapel. I like the way you move from the rough PNW to the grandeur of Versailles so easily!

And I haven't heard the word, "vestibule" for a long time - it was popular when I was a youth. (That was a long time ago!!!)

Hope your day is moving along as you wish!

The level of detail blows my mind. It's exquisite, a great place to ponder the universe and all things godly.
