Foule

These snapshots were taken before VDP took a short break. I had intended to go to the palace before the end of the 'Treasure of the Holy Sepulchre' exhibition. Can you see why I turned back?

Ces photos ont été prises avant les petites vacances de VDP. J'avais l'intention d'aller voir l'expo "Trésor du Saint-Sépulchre" au château. Vous voyez pourquoi j'ai fait demi-tour ?

We would have walked out with you. Not only are the lines a waste of time but when the exhibits are this crowded you can't appreciate the displays.

Yup too many tourists Ciel, but I can see why they go, it's just a shame they can't control how many do through at a time..or do they?

That's not as bad as when we visited the Palace. It was wall-to-wall inside and out. Nevertheless, too much is too much!

Re your question: We see lots of horses on the farm but I think I've seen them running the track just once. My guess is they run them early in the morning before the heat.

Wow, what a crowd. Unfortunately as a tourist, you have to forge ahead if its something you really want to see.

Standing on line (and a long one at that) is one of my least favorite things. Next only to being put on hold for an unknown amount of time.

This is and hot weather are the reasons why I don't travel during the summer.

Best to avoid crowds like that. ;)
