Les fleurs en plastique

Window with plastic flowers Versailles
VDP has walked past these windows for years and always forgot to take pics of the plastic flowers... These windows are just barely visible on the right of this former post.

I can't tell you the things I never even noticed until I took up photography. Plastic flowers work for me :).

Save a fortune in watering Ciel.. Oh hang on, that would be here where we don't have much rain :) Must admit I was surprised to see plastic fleurs in Versailles :)

"Plastic Fantastic" can be cheerful, but I do like REAL FLOWERS better.
Enjoy spring and have a nice day!

Faded ones are quite sad...

They add a bit of color around the window.

The plastic flowers don't look bad in your photo, but I'm usually no fan of these. WIth age they look tawdry and cheap, but your photo is just fine.

My grandmother always put out plastic tulips in the spring - she had the first flowers in her yard and they lasted the longest of everyone's! ;-))

It's important to capture the little details, for one day, they will disappear ...
