Now, this is really nice. It makes me feel that I am walking through this shopping district on a fine evening.

The street is 'draped' in light, love the extra little touch of lamplight in the right hand corner Ciel.

The blue lights are very festive as are the window displays. Like walking under a blue umbrella.

Versailles really does it up right. Our city core has been bled half to death by the suburbs so we have nothing comparable.

J'aime quand ils mettent ces "plafonds" de lumière, ça rend tout magique! "les deux portes" pourraient te servir un prochain mercredi!

I love the brilliant use of lights... it is warm and festive, just the way I like the holidays to be. Your perspective is wonderful capturing the mood perfectly. I hope you and your family have a fabulous New Year Ciel!

Out of envy, I won't post any of our ugly festive lights...

I was watching a NZ cook visiting France, and she went to a very famous restaurant. For dessert, they brought out more than 12 types of dessert.

Yet French women is very slim.

I really, really, really like the canopy of lights. That is like bringing the stars close.
