Juste une cour avec une fontaine et une galerie

Just a courtyard with a fountain in the Antiques District... There is a date above the blue door in the third photo: 1674.

Dans le quartier des antiquaires... Il y a une date au-dessus de la porte bleue de la troisième photo : 1674

Lovely pictures, you've captured all the atmosphere, I love finding signs with really old dates on, a very unique and beautiful place you live in...

Oh, I love the look of this place, Ciel!

Marvelous thinking about this being possibly a survivor of that era.

The French trading post that started this place was started in 1764. Just two numbers flipped but I guarantee you there is nothing left from then.

My kind of place, very picturesque and sun dappled!

The statue particularly gets my attention. A pretty courtyard!

Beautiful place. That date on the door is amazing to me. We are lucky if we find buildings that go back to 1950 here. :-)

Beautiful light . . . shadow . . . quiet. It must have been early, before the city awoke.

I love this kind of inner courtyards.
This is lovely place.

The fountain is pretty intricate. It looks like two serpent heads joined where the water would come out.
