Weekend Reflections: au bassin du char d'Apollon

The winter trees and clouds are reflected in Apollo's chariot fountain in the palace gardens for Weekend Reflections! You had seen a similar summer view here.

Les arbres d'hiver et les nuages se mirent dans le bassin du char d'Apollon dans les jardins du château pour les Reflets du Weekend ! Vous aviez vu une scène similaire ici en été.

Gorgeous in any season!

That's beautiful. The scene is completely contrived by gardeners and landscape architects but it looks so grandly natural.

The blues of the sky and the water gives a softness to the photos.

You know, it's really not fair that you should live in such a place where history comes to life and ancient artifacts grace the land as you show so beautifully in these incredible reflection photos. That's got to be my favorite fountain of all time!

Dear Ciel: I have no idea how to blend photos without Photoshop or some other photo editing program.

As for the tripod: You tell her! She just laughs at me and takes good moon pictures without one. :)
