Wednesday Doorway: rouge
A red door in the antiques district is this week's doorway!
Dans le quartier de la Geôle, celui des antiquaires.

it's a toss up between whether I like doors painted turquoise or doors painted red...today I believe it will be red! love the whole photo, the door the wrought iron the planters even the mossy looking patches!
Tres joli travail d'artisan. Je n'ai pas encore compris comment nettoyer certaine fenetres de notre location dont les barreaux sont scelles et les fenetres encastrees inouvrables! Le jet d'eau semble l'unique solution...
It's very attractive and I like the red gratings, too! The one on the right looks like a decoration, though, as there's no window - and a nice decoration it is!

I love this door, great photo!
For it's time, it looks very modern. The ironwork is quite nice too!
I heard OpenID was working again, so I thought I'd try it.
Great red door! The two pieces of grillwork are so very different. I'm missing unity at this place.
fast wie für ein märchen.
Simple, yet striking! And beautiful grillwork.
je me demandais si elle etait fluo la nuit ;o)) on peut pas la louper ;))
I do love a red door Ciel...I guess that's why I have one! Gorgeous image with the moss growing on the bricks and slightly up the wall. Rustic!
Love the red. Striking! That's my kind of doorway. Happy Wednesday!
With grillwork to match. But it's such a private entrance; such tiny windows above many people's eye level.

I like red doors and thats a job for me this year is to repaint ours red.
Très espagnoles ces grilles.
On se croirait plus en Méditerranée qu'à Versailles!
The red door also reminds me Bruges.Wonderful picture and the iron window detail is awesome! :)

I don't know why but I also love so much to take fotos of antic, destroyed, not present, weird, gig, small, beautiful, ugly doors :)
I really love this one, the windows are perfect on the sidesd!
Beautiful doors. I love that shade of red
I love it. Looks like a place I would like to call home.

Everything is lovely in this shot. Wonderful spot, Ciel, I would certainly have photographed it too.
It's simply gorgeous!
I really love that. Such a pretty contrast.
I like the red door.
I bet the property behind this dorr is massive... just like the Tardis..
