Vétérinaire, avenue de Paris

A veterinarian's house on the Avenue de Paris. I just love the large windows, the stained glass, the promise of a garden that one can imagine on the other side and yes, I even love the curtains!

J'adore les grandes fenêtres, les vitraux, la promesse d'un jardin qu'on imagine de l'autre côté et oui, j'aime même les rideaux !

… and the shadows of the branches on the walls.

Is this also his office where he does his work? Quite different than anything you'd find in the states! I, too, like the building and the windows, etc.

Thanks for all your comments, Ciel. Re the alligator...it was long dead so we were very close. No, I wouldn't like to fly. I need my feet on the ground.

And emphatically not a part of the bridge thingy!

And don't forget the daffodils in the front.

This would become my favorite doctor, says Brattcat's brattcat. I would develop symptoms just so I could come visit.

I agree with you about the windows and curtains, but you didn't mention the beautiful flowers in front of the house.

I didn't even notice the curtains until I read your comment! I do like the flowers framing your picture.

On s'imagine une grande bibliothèque ou un grand salon à l'étage.

A beautiful place. In other times, with those windows, it would have been an artist studio.

The daffodils in the foreground are very beautiful and I do like the different levels of the curtains.

Wouldn't you love to see the interior? I love the windows also. The light must be wonderful inside.

As soon as I enlarged the picture, my dogs ran out of the room.

I could do without the curtains. But love those big windows. Is it south facing?

bonsoir mme SELLA

This does have the whole package, the big windows with cool shades and the beautiful garden.
