Is there a resemblance between the sculpture and the other young lady or is it my imagination...that's quite some plaque that it's set in and a very nice clock as well...

I'm fascinated by the marble Marianne and the clock, it's very unusual, I've never seen anything like it. Can we get some of that fine European fresco action on this side of the pond, I can't get enough of it.
