Marchant et roulant au milieu des fleurs

Spring flowers Versailles
Walking and cycling through flower beds on the corner of Avenue de Saint-Cloud and Georges Clémenceau street at the end of last week! The tulips are probably wide open by now!

Au coin de l'avenue de Saint-Cloud et de la rue Georges Clémenceau en fin de semaine dernière. Les tulipes sont ouvertes maintenant !

What wondrous flora! Love whatever they are in the 2nd shot! (Remind me a bit of nuns at prayer!)

I'm envious. You can't do anything like that here.

Your inventive angle makes it look more like a forest than a flowerbed! ;-)

Just got out my bike yesterday but the places where I cycle have not flowers nor blossoming trees yet where I ride!

Thanks for the look-ahead - You guys are WAY ahead of us, other than the grass greening up and a few daffodils, not much else happening. Very beautiful.

That last one. Can't go wrong with purple, can you? And they seem dark and brooding too.

The compositions are fantastic and the dark inflorescence is as beautiful as it can be!
