You always get a warm welcome at Banan'îles (Banana Isles) and some pretty good French Caribbean food (and ti'punch) too! These pics were taken at the Saturday morning outdoor market in Porchefontaine neighbourhood though Banan'îles can also be found at Notre-Dame market! VDP's lunch was delicious: accras de morue (little cod beignets or fritters), spicy Caribbean style cassoulet and scrumptious no less spicy green mango salad!

VP is showing chocolate and now you are showing Caribbean food. I have gained five pounds just looking at the photos.
That top picture needs a radiation warning and the second has a beautiful graphical sense.

Is that 'banana jam' in the last photo? Is it good? I never heard of it.
This looks good too! Good thing I just finished my dinner or I would be very hungry looking at all this food.
