Recyclage de livres et art nature

At the Christmas market, VDP particularly liked Manuella Blémus' creations with books - though VDP decidedly never could do it herself, Manuella told her one gets over doing this to books very quickly! Her FB page is this way.

Below are the wicked creations of Phyto Déco! VDP just loved these! A better picture of that phone can be seen by clicking here!

Ci-dessous les créations extra de Phyto Déco ! VDP a adoré ! Une meilleure photo du téléphone à voir en cliquant ici.

That's both clever and delightful. And I like the snowflake effect you've got going under my cursor.

I have a friend who still uses a rotary phone! She would love this. I couldn't do that to a book either even though the result is lovely.

Nothing better than repurposed gifts.

No wonder these jumped out at you - all very lovely! I also couldn't ever do that to books, but the result is so pretty.

Il faut vraiment que le livre soit mauvais pour l'utiliser de cette facon! :-)
De belles realisations en images.

I'm sure I couldn't do that to a book either, but the results are very nice! What a creative lady.

I see we're both into recycling today. In the States, "altered" books are a very popular art/craft form. But they do maintain their basic book format unlike these fanciful creations.

I am not a manic recycler, but I am always open to creative and nice suggestions like these!

Love all the color and the creativity shown here. I wouldn't want do use my books in this way, although there are some books which I'd gladly recommend for such a purpose!

Hope your week is off to a good start!
