Esprit Jardin : la fontaine

Esprit Jardin (garden spirit): colourful fountain made from recycled materials, two living statues, two gardeners and a photographer, in front of Saint-Louis cathedral. Most of you missed yesterday's post because my feed wasn't updating. I hope this time it will and thanks to those who did visit!

Interesting fountain.

That is delightfully bizarre. There is something Pythonesque about it.

I had no problem with your blog yesterday. That's a good thing, right? :)

I love the living statues! Can't imagine why anyone would want to do that - it looks very difficult - but I'm glad they do! Nice to see "they" used recycled materials for the fountain, too!

Interesting idea for a fountain. Are the 'statues' part of the display, or did they just set up for a few hours?

Pretty blue fountain. What's it made of? Living statutes always make me a little uneasy, don't know why, but they do.

I love capturing another photographer in my shots, super pic of the fountain Ciel.I have to say I find the human statues a little disconcerting, especially if they reach out just as you're passing :)
