Hmm...looks interesting. Can't conceive of eating wild boar pate and haven't had red meat in many years. I'm not a vegetarian but Lois Anne is. Actually, the steak looks pretty good.

Like Lowell, I haven't eaten red meat for awhile...but, this looks tasty. I'm not so sure about the wild boar pate. It could be a bit exotic for me. By the way, I like that you've been branching out recently with your subject matter.

Charolais is also a very popular breed in Virginia--or at least it was. Remember being chased by a Charolais bull on one of my runs. :-)
This is definitely my kind of meal. I will take the portions of any vegetarian viewers.
