Welch Freude muss es sein da als Sonne zu scheinen.

How does a seemingly-simple idea, stained glass windows, become so divine? Lovely rich colors and light, I could sit there a long time and just take it in. Hope your weekend is relaxing!

Jolis contrastes entre noir et blanc et couleurs.

Growing up, the priest's sermons were so boring. Thank you God...for the stain glass windows!

I do like stained glass wherever it's found - usually! :-) This is a fine work of art or should I say many fine works of art?

I think Birdman is on to something. A picture is worth a hundred words.

Simply gorgeous, Ciel. I love all kinds of stained glass. But, that found in a church is particularly special.

Wonderful! Do you know a link (also in French) where I can find something more about these?

Isn't that spectacular, Ciel.

Unusual and beautiful. I have never seen old stained glass in a pattern like this. The coloring makes the more gray squares look raised. This is really unique.
