Le Musée Lambinet enneigé
This is Lambinet museum, which I showed you here (inside and out). It has undergone restoration work so I will need to go again! It's a nice example of a town house built in the days of Louis XV.
Je vous l'avais montré ici (intérieur et extérieur). Il a fait l'objet d'une rénovation, il faudra que j'y retourne ! C'est un bel exemple d'hôtel particulier construit sous Louis XV.
It is a handsome place with a fine, formal garden. Nice composition, Ciel.
The Capewell building is in a part of town that is not getting much development attention. It will be a long time before someone decides to make an investment in it.
Hi Ciel: Re your comment on Colorado...you'd probably be freezing to death in Gunnison right now--it gets very cold in them thar parts in the good ol' winter time!
Oh wow, when I think of townhouses, I think of the 1800s brownstone structures of NYC (like everyone else from the 'young' countries - we're such youths!:)

To me it seems amazing that townhouses built in the days of Louis XV would still be liveable. Everything in Canada is so young compared to France.
Your blog says 59 degrees F and rain. We have 45 degrees and rain. Click your heels 3 times and turn around....
Oops, that should be 50 degrees there. 59 would be our summer :-)

I continue to be amazed and delighted at the photos of Versailles in the snow.

Ditto what EG said Ciel, so much history, for me here in young Oz its kind of awesome to think about.
Great composition, a lovely building facade and I like the snow, a romantic image, with the bench as detail! :)
