"La voie lactée depuis Hubble"

I posted this photo to FB yesterday evening as the snow fell. Rob of Barcelona Daily Photo promptly wrote me a caption for it: the milky way seen from Hubble...

You had snow!! Oh wow!! We had thick fog today. And in the upper 20sF. Brrrrr---very damp feeling. MB

I'm already fed up with the snow. Everytime we get a substantial fall the country just grinds to a halt. Hopefully things will pick up by next week as we're off to Brighton.

Very neat, Ciel. It looks like a view inside a snow globe.

If I hadn't read the caption I would've thought it was a starry scene too, beautiful photo! Love Rob's idea:)
