Jolies décos, bons fromages !

Aren't these decorations delightful? This is the cheesemonger of Montreuil neighbourhood's high street. You have seen the shop here.

Chez le fromager de la rue de Montreuil que vous aviez vu ici.

Anytime anyone says the work cheesmonger I am transported back to the great Monty Python sketch. I bet the great majority of Americans have no idea what a cheesemonger is.

The decorations are wonderful and that's quite a cheese assortment.

You have so many interesting shops in Versailles! And this one, also, has put up some lovely decorations. I wonder, do cheesemonger shops have a strong odor?

Don't think we have too many places like this in Haninge, although a local farm opened a store a few months ago.

Ah, l'odeur d'une fromagerie. I almost forgot what it's like. :-)

@ Lowell: hmmm, usually when cheese is refrigerated, it doesn't smell too much!
