Versailles - Royal city - Ville royale - Un blog de photos quotidiennes depuis 2009 - A daily photo blog since 2009
Both photos bring back some wonderful memories. I must say, though, I don't think I've seen a more dramatic autumn photo than that first one. It is absolutely and incredibly gorgeous!!
These are just beautiful. I especially like the top one. Nice work.
Scrumptious colours! And I love the second photo, the view through the trunks.
The color transitions in the first are killer. I think that green to orange to red is just amazing.
You are having much prettier color this year than we did. I like the hint of the palace in the second image.
Beautiful with a V for victory too!
The view with a knot of red trees on the horizon is the best. A better vanishing point than the city.
I want to walk down that street. How lovely.
This is a grand boulevard. The Champs Elysses has nothing on this promenade.
Umm, I think your trees are more colouful than those around here.
Ce ne sont pas de "vraies" rousses, il n'y a pas longtemps elles étaient encore vertes.
the way you've taken these, the trees have such presence and personality.
De bien belles tetes. Attention teinte temporaire!
I like all of your fall colors in the trees. Nice.
Soon all this color will be 'leafing' you. Enjoy the Avenue while you can.
I hope you print the first photograph, Ciel. It is absolutely stunning! This is one of the best tree-lined path shots I have seen.Sharon

Just beautiful! I love tree-lined avenues. :)
