Le bœuf à la mode

Le fashionable steer restaurant. The website is this way. Bœuf à la mode, or more seriously 'beef in the style' is also a traditional French dish, about which you will find information here. Oh, and happy 1st Advent! Frohen 1. Advent!

Le site, c'est par ici. Et bon 1er Avent !

Love this effect that you use on some of your images Ciel, is it a 'trade' secret or can you say? It's so soft and mysterious.

The menu sounds interesting! You have such excellent ironwork in Versailles.

I must add that we had a pie made with bits and pieces of leftover turkey and some carrots and peas and other things and the result is excellent.

I love the photo. The leafless tree makes it look so wintry.
