I think the instrument is a sitar. To a "child of the 60s" it looks familiar, but it could possibly be something else.

It's amazing how the sitar reflects even better than the glass. It looks like a perfect mirror!

Cela me fait penser que nous devons voir un cousin de Californie ce soir ou demain soir et diner avec lui, notre fils nous propose au restau thaï à Belleville. Je ne sais si c'est une bonne idée, je préfèrerais un "bouillon".
