I'm going to add to my comment above. When I saw these photos earlier in the day the light wasn't very good on my screen. So all I could see was the pretty blue lights. I missed all the construction rubble in the road. Nonetheless, I like your artistic interpretation.

One hopes that roadwork doesn't go over schedule. It's a nuisance to live with!
Ah the magic of the night...even roadworks take on a different look...
Ah, the sounds of the city!
Such things are exciting to watch and hear.
Your night shots are fun.
I do too. Lovely to look at.
merci je passerai ailleurs
It's one of those things common to every city.
Nice night shots. I like how the light illuminates the street in the second photo.
Nice to see it at night...
I like them too ! I'm a sucker for night shots. In the top photo my eyes are lead to the passageway of Rue des 2 Portes.
This brings back good memories of exploring Versailles in the evening. Both times were too short.
Hopefully the works will be done quickly!
The scene that is played out here all the time!
I love night shots:)

The work must go on, even at night.
Lets hope for a good result.
I see CAT equipment is world-wide Ciel! My brother in law worked for Caterpillar in Africa and here in Australia :)
