I like the first picture, very nice framing. Versailles is very lucky to have so many train stations....
Hope they're able to operate a little more efficiently and safely than our D.C. Metro.

We come in to Gare Rive Gauche from central Paris, don't we? I like the framing through the fence.
I think I would enjoy watching the trains from this vantage point.

Is this where you would catch the train into Paris Ciel ?
@ Grace: it's one of three options to go to Paris, depending on where you're going. There are three railway lines going from Paris to Versailles!
We took it twice: the last time you were there waiting for us!
I have always been fascinated by all the intersecting lines.
The style of train reminds me of some of the commuter trains in southern Ontario.
I love the trains. I want trains. We don't have 'em. I think it's rather funny that you're at the end of the line! Heh, heh!
The criss-crossing train tracks always fascinate me.
